At Thrashin Supply, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging with tags attached. Products must be in new, uninstalled condition to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to your package, ensuring any old labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at the designated carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
